I wear two hats that are deeply connected: trauma therapist and artist.
For me, therapy and creativity are not separate worlds but reflections of one another. Both ask us to pay attention, to feel deeply, and to imagine new ways of being.
In my therapy work, I walk alongside people navigating trauma and recovery, offering compassion, creativity, and practical tools for resilience. My approach is holistic — integrating mind, body, spirit, and our connection with the natural world.
In my art practice, I explore similar themes: trauma, healing, resilience, identity and belonging. Art is where I make sense of the world and where I share my inner landscape with others.
This space brings both worlds together - an invitation to explore healing, creativity and connection.
